FumbleThese terms govern your use of Fumble, operated by Maunil Parikh ("Fumble", "we"). By installing or using Fumble you agree to them.
Fumble is an AI assistant for growth work. It proposes plans, researches, and drafts messages. It sends messages or takes other outward actions only after you approve the exact recipient, content, and sender. You are responsible for the messages you approve and for complying with laws that apply to your outreach, including anti-spam and privacy laws.
You must have authority to install Fumble in your Slack workspace and to connect any Google account you connect. You may disconnect any account at any time. Keep your Slack and Google credentials secure; we never ask for your passwords.
Do not use Fumble to send unsolicited bulk email, to deceive recipients, to harass anyone, to infringe rights, or to break any law or the terms of Slack or Google. We may suspend accounts that do.
Fumble’s plans and drafts are generated by AI models and can be wrong. They are suggestions for your review, not advice. Check them before approving.
Fumble is offered as a pilot. Features may change or be withdrawn. Pricing, if any, is agreed separately in writing.
You own your content and your company context. We own Fumble. You give us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.
Fumble is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Fumble is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
You can stop using Fumble at any time by uninstalling it and disconnecting your accounts. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms.
